Chart of LEDs, fan spins, post, beeps, and reboots from initial install for baseline reference.

Maybe useful to someone building per https://forums.evga.com/Solved-Vcc-LED-indicator-constantly-red-and-Vcore-VRM-heat-sink-does-not-fully-cover-first-phase-m2809744.aspx.
Or when troubleshooting.

Columns identify state change from disconnected board to connected to power onward.
Rows identify LEDs, fan, post, beeps, and automatic reboots behavior.
Green for LED on white.
Red for LED on red.
Orange for flash white on then stay off.
Red "Flash" for flashing red.
GPU LEDs refer to those on 1080 Kingpin TI used at time.

For about 18 months, first post has said:

Evaluating candidate final stable configuration with case, Titan V, and 3600 16-18-18-36 memory overclock. #75
Also AMD Radeon WX Pro 7100 in tandem with Titan V. #90

In the 18 months regular use (not benchmarking or stress testing):
No crashes.
No blue screens.
Event Viewer shows no WHEA errors in log history (7 months log history available).
No failed components (one case fan briefly stopped turning, but resumed without issue).
Once had odd issue with monitor not displaying, but replugging Radeon power and monitor cables fixed.
