Since I was forced to go to X1 with upgrading to the 2080Ti Ultra it does have stuttering being open while playing games BF1, BF4, BFV and PUBG which I mainly play and I thought I fixed it by closing a program I had open to monitor system temps but the issue is still there and can verify by having it completely go away if I close X1 software. This seems insane to spend $1400.00 on a GPU to have this as an issue for the software? This did not happen in XOC software at all so I hope they are aware of this and looking at fixing this if not I might be returning this GPU as it is noticeable the stutter. Anyone from EVGA have any insight if they are aware of this based on other post also?

I am not aware of any stuttering issue with running PX1. What version of PX1 are you running? Please make sure that other monitoring software is not also running when the HW monitor is enabled in PX1, the two could be in conflict.

I am using the most current version 3.19.0 as I downloaded through Steam. I do untick HW within PX1 to shut it off as it auto defaults on when opening but even with it off it still gives stutters.
I am uploading now a video to Youtube so you can see. Give me few minutes to get it down and will add it once I am done

As you can see it was very smooth by using the bottom CPU/GPU graph you can activate within BF1 and I also use Rivatuner to FPS cap at 117FPS for my Gsync Monitor using the Blurbuster Optimal setting article they released few years ago. You can see how smooth is is with PX1 off and also the 2080Ti is a beast and keeps the FPS at 117 constant just about and then mid way thru when I die I enable PX1 and slide it to my 2nd monitor and I also unclick HWmonitor within PX1 as it defaults checked when opens. You can then see how every few seconds the stutter it provides also on the graph on the bottom left. I never had the symptoms at all coming from my EVGA GTX 1080Ti FTW as I used a Custom Fan Curve and have always had PXOC open previously and the issue didn't happen until I installed PX1.
