Thanks.  Feeling dumb, but I can't find anywhere in the Nvidia Control Panel where to "Enable Maximum performance"??

- Windows 7 Enterprise
- Corsair Special Edition White Graphite 600T Mid Tower Case
- Intel I7-2700K CPU (OC’d to 4.45ghz)
- Corsair H100 Liquid CPU Cooler 
- Asus p8Z68-V Pro Gen3 mb
- Corsair Vengeance 16GB DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800)
- EVGA GTX 570 Graphics Card 012-P3-1571-AR
- Corsair Professional Series HX1050 1050W PSU 
- OCZ Vertex 3 90GB SATA III SSD
- Hitachi Deskstar 750GB 7200 RPM SATA 6.0Gb/s HDD
- PLANAR 27" LCD Monitor PX2710MW (1900x1080)

also go into power management in control panel set this:
