I recently purchasesd 2x2gb Patriot Memory, Sector 5 DDR3 1600 MHz Which is said to run at 1.65 V but I am unable to find that in BIOS Win 7 64 bit, Home, GeForce 470 I've been getting many blue screens and black screens recently, probably because of the voltage failures on RAM and am looking for a solution to tune the RAM cards Help?

In the BIOS - Frequency/Voltage Control - DIMM Voltage It's set to AUTO by default. Don't go above 1.65V, as thats the top end of what Lynnfield processors are rated for. And from what I've read, never go more than 0.5V above your VTT/IMC voltage, otherwise bad things happen (stability issues or worse). So if you put your ram at 1.65V, your VTT should be at a minimum of 1.15V You can also check your manual (Page 45), which is conveniently on this website! http://www.evga.com/support/manuals/files/132-LF-E657.pdf I hope this helps!

I tweeked the DRAM voltage to 1.65 but still received blue screens with 4 RAM cards when I only had 2 ram cards I had less crashes, is it a compatibility issue? here are the different types 2x2gb, 2x2gb SUPER TALENT 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory Model WP160UX4G9 Patriot G Series ‘Sector 5’ Edition 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory Model PGV34G1600ELK

Did you also set the Vtt : Current VTT: 1.200v Bootup CPU VTT: [1.200v] Eventual CPU VTT: [1.200v] You might have to go just a little higher on Vtt, if you have 16GB total.

You're mixing RAM sticks, that's the problem. Though they may run at the same voltages and speed, the timings differ. Your Super Talent set is running at 9-9-9-28, while the Patriot set is running at 9-9-9-24. Try running both kits at 1.65V, and setting the timing on each stick to 9-9-9-28. If you still get blue screens, your only solution then would be to pull out one of the kits (I recommend pulling the Super Talent, because the Patriot kit is ever so slightly tighter on the RAM timings), and then adding an identical kit to the one left installed in order to have 8GB of RAM.

I tried doing that by using EVGA E-Leet Tuning but I received the problem once I just dont want to discard my ram cards or buy other ones (yes im cheap) Thank you so much for clarifying

From the main screen: Frequency/Voltage Control -> Memory Configure.
