Windows locks up even at safe mod

I’ updated bios to 1.10 at my z370 ftw and after that I experienced lockups. Returned to 1.08 and clean installed win 10 pro but experiencing still. No overclock. Memory tested.

System freezes and locksup. Even without any driver installed.

    Reset the Bios back to the Defaults and then re-flash
    Remember you have another Bios you can use, switch over to the other Bios with the Bios Switch.

    Actually switched back to 1.08 with bios switch.

    Unsupported Memory EVGA Z370 FTW with bios 1.10 does not work with supported GSKILL F4-3600C19D-16GVRB

    Gskill 3600Mhz ram module is not working with XMP Profile with 1.10 bios but it was working flawlessly.. Changed the ram module to a Corsair module.
