Where do I find voltage controls for a 970?

I've researched before and found that my coil whine on my 970 could be resolved by slightly OC'ing the voltage on it. I can't figure out what software I need to do this. Please give me some guidance. I'm looking forward to the new Diablo 3 2.3 patch, but the last time I played diablo 3 with the card, the coil whine was substancially worse. Thanks for the help!

    Instructions on how to adjust voltage using msi afterburner:
     

     
    #1 Open settings menu. (Circled in orange)
    #2 Check mark unlock voltage control. (Circled in green)
    #3 Adjust core to your desired voltage after restarting afterburner. (Circled in red) 
    #4 Apply your changes after setting your desired voltage. (Circled in blue)
