I want to shift the gears myself the old fashioned way....I'm not adverse to what you describe, just not what I want.
I'm thinking about taking my 2021 GT Premium to Rousch and have them add a supercharger to it....probably will
That'd get you to GT500 power territory, just not some of the fun suspension tuning and other performance stuff they pack in. Definitely a better value than almost $100k for a muscle car like the GT500. I think the best package Ford offers is the Mach 1, IMO. It's got almost all the GT performance pack improvements, improved cooling for track and racing, and room to improve the motor beyond the GT500. As long as you've got the money, it's a great time to be a muscle car owner! :D

Infiniti G37x coupe (owned 8 years, 75K miles, not a single problem/repair)
Infiniti Q50 AWD (same 3.7 liter 330HP engine as G37) own 3 year, 43K miles not a bulb replaced.

The Lexus LC500 - it's absolutely gorgeous, the interior is beyond amazing, it's reliable, and that V8 rumble is legendary. Hopefully one day I can buy one of them, would be such an amazing weekend car.

The Audi R8 is a close second though actually, now that I think about it. It's so stylish that even the previous generation that's over 10 years old still looks insane, and the average person has no idea it's not a brand new supercar.

The Mach 1 is nice, but they don't allow much leeway in what you add, which I hate....'packages' annoy me...if I'm willing to wait, I should be able to get what I want...no matter what it is.

When I was a kid the first video game I played was Grand Turismo 3 and I exclusively only used the Nissan Skyline GTR R34 because it was a nice shade of blue
Now my favorite car would have to be the Mclaren 720s.
Now that I'm looking at it, the 2021 Chevy Corvette looks great as well!

Eh, aftermarket is aftermarket, always with a YMMV disclaimer on it. I like OEM packages because they guarantee a minimum level of performance at a mostly set price, and in the Mach 1's case the value is there. That, the Corvette Grand Sport, and the Charger/Challenger Scat Pack are the big 3's best value for motorheads to take and make what they want out of it. Also speaking of aftermarket companies, have you seen the Hellion sleeper kit for S550s?
