Hello. Due to the fact that I want to change the factory fan from the radiator and use a second one to be Push Pull, I would like to know what load (how many Watt or Ampere) is able to withstand one fan slot on the EVGA GTX1080ti FTW3 Hybrid card?

I'm not sure what the limit is

However .... because Nvidia Boost - does care what the load is - as it adjusts the Max MHz available to your GPU .... I'd put the radiator fans on a fan hub or your MB fan header

It can definitely handle 1 amp, but it may be able to handle 2 amps. Contact evga to confirm if it can handle 2 amps. 1 amp is no problem for sure.

They are limited to 1 amp. Most fans, even at full speed use less than 0.3amp. Unless you're using a vacuum cleaner sounding
Standard Noctua, Corsair, Scythe, etc case/rad fans are typically 0.25 amps or lower. 2 Fans should not be an issue at all.

Could always power the fans off your power supply instead.
