Hello everyone!

i feel o noob asking this but.. what is this m.2 Port? never heard of it until now!
i researched... and i know it is the successor of the mSata memories(?) that i can't understand either!

i've seen pictures of some m.2 modules installed between the pci lanes..
i know they are some sort of memories chips perhaps?
can i  install windows on them intead of a regular ssd ou hdd?

any advantage on installing a M.2 "mem" on my  future to be Z97 mobo?

thanks in advance!

That's a Key M M.2. I've never seen a Key E SSD, unfortunately. Although if you like that one, check THIS OUT
