What is my 3080 trying to tell me?

Hi,
My 3080 ftw3 stopped doing my usual rgb colors today and is instead showing red green red on the side... I am not seeing any error messages anywhere and it seems to be working fine, but the lights will not change back. Any ideas? All the search results I'm getting are about the little red LEDs above the power connectors, which are not currently lit.
Since the lights changed, I have:
-Power cycled
-Updated drivers via GF experience
-Opened x1, which automatically updated firmware.
-Tried changing the lights, including turning off and on and resetting to default.

Any help is appreciated!

    Try shutting down the system, and unplugging the psu power cord from the wall. Next hold the power on button on your case down for 30 seconds, and then release it. Plug psu power cord back into wall, and then boot up normally. Finally try changing the colors again.

    Sounds like the card has lost communication to the lights for some reason. Not a big deal as long as it’s still working.
