Watercooling for noobs? Hey, thats me lolol.

What would you suggest to be the best way to mount my H100i in my Antec 1200 case. Getting closer to my rebuild with the evga Z-97, 4790k, Gskill 2666, Currently running this setup with my 680's and they have never gotten over 120f on both of them while gaming. My 940 never has reached over 125f. But I'm curious when I mount my H100i. Kind of planning on mounting it inside at the back of the case where the 2-120mm fans are now, but am unsure if it will be better to have the corsair fans pushing the air out the back, and even using the existing fans there now for a push/pull, or to have them bringing air in from the back. Bringing air in from the back will lose my ability to use my filters that I have on the front three case fans, and the one on the door. I do a monthly cleaning of the filters and case, but having a parrot means his micro dust invades everything (damn bird lol). If I mount them to push the air out the back, then I'm pushing warmish case air through the radiator. I think it would be pretty hard to mount the radiator underneath the top 200mm fan without some fancy bracket making. Any suggestions?

Trides
By the way, do you hear high pitches pump noises in watercooling? Are they more annoying than normal fan sound? Or do they disappear after bubbles settle in. Also, Do the fans cooling rads work on fixed speed? Wouldnt they be loud?

High pitch, not really, I have mainly used MCP655 pumps, and one 355, none of them were loud of high pitched, the 655 was a mellow mid tone hum.  Granted I have not tried all of the pumps, far from it, but never heard anything overly high pitched.  The air bubbles you will hear them, and it is common to hear them until clear, and they can take days to clear depending on MANY variables.  Fans on radiators are not necessarily loud, it depends on several variables:
1) the specific fan, some are just louder than others
2) the RPM the fan is running at, for example I run some fans that are rather loud, but on fan controllers so they run usually around 1/2 speed and cool well fairly quietly, however when I am pushing my clocks HARD and things are heating up I crank up the fans, deal with the noise and get the temps down 3)  the radiator, depending on fin design they can cause turbulence and whistling through them, the old BI Stealth was known for that, with the same fans it was louder than the BI Extreme.  A secondary way a radiator can be blamed, indirectly if you use a radiator VERY thick, like a Monsta, it just takes more airflow and pressure to effectively push through it.

There are more variables, but those are the major ones.
