good morning,
I have a problem with the warranty of my E760.
My E760 will not work stable with a i7 980x (bsod 0x00000124 - reboot postcode A9).
I have phone with evga germany
Warranty only with Purchase proof


I cant found this (i have moved my home) - no chance of Warranty?

This Board has been released on 2009 - or?

Do I have to really give my last evga-board also still away?

Can I hope for fair trading?

    contact the place you purchased it from to see if they have a record of your purchase, I have downloaded invoices, from amazon, long after the purchase date when a recipt was needed for insurance purposes. Otherwise, I'm afraid the term is Shurley out of Luck ( SOL) or something like that.

    Have you tried updating the BIOS to the current version?

    Contact EVGA, Even if you have lost out on the Limited lifetime and/or 10 year in Europe, You still may be elegable for, the standard
     "All EVGA products come automatically with a one year, parts and labor, limited warranty " assuming you regestered, and you should have 27 days left on that.
