I still have no update on mine. I contacted evga support and the guy told me that he shows that it was delivered but that's not what I see when i look up the tracking..ugh

I'm 10/2 4 pm... So should be next week for me based on how things are progressing. Hoping ti drops aren't messing this up.

I wouldn't think they would but who knows? It would be a bummer if this slowed down to a crawl again with only a few drops per week. I was really loving those huge progressions. I'm sure there will still be a lot of people who dropped out of the step up as it goes further in the calender.

Why would they drop out as we get further in the calendar?

They're more recent from a step up.
In fact as the step ups are fulfilled, they probably had to wait less time than people from the start cause the list is thinning out.

Got a question about step up. Once you are in queue for step up, it doesn't matter how long it takes to fulfill (Seeing this is in OCT) they will upgrade you once its your turn? Hast it ever happened that a step up has been cancelled by EVGA due to an item being discontinued? What happens then?

Well, we'd probably need to go and look at the terms and conditions at the time we signed-up for the step-up program. A corporation like EVGA will likely protect itself and indicate that they have the right to revoke and this is merely an option contract (a lot could be said here if you actually go and sue EVGA). Options contracts have a term limit, and usually if no time is stated, the time limit is 3 months.
 
Also, if the card is discontinued, then it would be impossible or impracticable for EVGA to perform their end of the contract, which is usually a valid excuse if it was in good faith. That does not mean though that you can't recover anything from EVGA. If you sue EVGA based on a reliance theory, you could possibly win if you can show that you relied on EVGA's promise to your detriment. I would argue that it is extremely unlikely to win under the current conditions of the market. 

I guess I should start using Twitter more often. But, I guess EVGA's being fair with this approach. Good luck to everyone hoping to get a card.
