Very much. It will take a much longer time to get stepup. I signed up for notify me day after drops and had secured products for novemebr and december, and my stepup just hit on the 17th

Well for sure evg received a bunch of gpus today just got verified delivery to the location but sure they probably won’t get through them till tomorrow.. fingers crossed get it back by Friday/Saturday lol good luck everyone

Same. My GPU was delivered at 10:33am CST according to my tracking number. I'd guess the 1-3 business day to process and post the new 3080 back will put the card arriving sometime around the middle of next week (6/2).

my package may be lost on it's way to EVGA. Drop off at ups hub on thursday and it has not moved since say.. Website says Shipped with no updates and app says Origin Scan. I would think I would at least see progress on it's Travel. Shall see tomorrow if it gets delivered

Until finally I stopped trying on my phone and did it on the desktop Brave browser.

How long does it generally take for them to verify receipt of the package?
Usually a day to two. I went through the process earlier and my package showed arrived by the carrier, but EVGA did not log it in as received until the next day. I believe that is when they have the time to inspect the GPU you sent in and then accept it for Step up. usually I found that it takes about three to four days once the card is delivered to the new card being shipped out. Sometimes you get lucky, but the norm is 3-4 days from arrival to ship out. Hope this helps
