I’m still pretty optimistic, but I also didn’t think about how the increase in 3070 Ti’s being produced would slow down the number of 3070’s being released

Another week and no update posts in here. Starting to look like step up for the 3070/TI is well and truly dead. EVGA is more interested in shipping all their card stock to retailers where it will sell out immediately and then get re-sold for 2-3 times the price.

Looks like the 3070TI queue has started moving again. Got my notification for Step 2 last week and am now on Step 5.
Step 1: July 14, 2021
Step 2: Aug 18, 2021
Step 3: Aug 19, 2021
Step 4: Aug 20, 2021
Step 5: Aug 20, 2021
Will be mailing my card in tomorrow. The full tax charge surprised me and IMO is not fair since I paid tax on the old card already. I can see paying the difference in tax but making you pay the full amount doesn't seem right.

Make sure to do your calculation ex: 700+ tax on a trade in card to a 900+ tax card works like this 900 minus 700 = 200 and then plus tax on that 200 = 200+tax+shipping is what you pay to EVGA admgloval

I deleted my step up to 60 Ti after waiting a couple weeks.Too slow.
I added my step up to 3070 Ti yesterday and got step 2 notification in 1 day (for 70 Ti).

yes, you start from the point you register for the step up for the product you are trying to get. To change products to step up to, you need to cancel your current step up in order to start a new one. Be careful when cancelling to make sure you are still in your window to step up or you will lose your option to step up.

probably the 3070ti because of its 819 price point now. And it's previous 799.99 with the 3080 only at 889 or now 909. The 70ti step up is also much newer then say the 70 ftw 3. But at this point don't expect any step up que to be super quick
