I don't see how reapplying would fix it. I would definitely contact support.

It wouldn't. But it doesn't seem like they're interested in looking into it. They just gave some excuse how the information we're giving each other in this thread may be inaccurate.

As of now, still haven't had a Step 3 email. Maybe they did screw up with allocation. Meh. I'll get it eventually.

I called them, apparently orders are not coming in a certain order. He assured me orders should be all reviewed by tomorrow.

Feel bad for my brother, he applied the same time as me and he hasn't received any updates since Step 2 :( if EVGA peeps are reading this pls help him, he has the same last name as me :)

We both got our step 1 and 2 at the exact same times i really hope EVGA doesn't think im trying to get 2 cards cus we both have the same last name lol

He gave them a call, turns out it might be an issue because it's 1 per household, which is kinda BS. Also I really wish they accepted AMEX lol

Call them won't help like I said in my reply before, they also insisted that it's queue system and didn't wanna look into at all like your experience from the email reply. They said it could take up to 3 business day so unless you do not see your step 3 by the end of next Tuesday they refused to look at it.
 
I tweeted out Jacob after I called, and he helped me to solve it in about an hour. But He also usually only reply on twitter during the work hour. So in any case you'll need to wait until next Monday.

Agreed. If you go back in this thread you can see people with multiple days between Step 2 and 3. It is a bit weird that they don’t do them in chronological order but I’m not worried enough to hassle them over it.

It is just a bad feeling when it is not done in the chronological order. when I just see people getting their GPU sooner while entering the queue later.

Shipped out my card, hopefully it gets there today or early tomorrow. How long does the step up card take to ship to Toronto?

I paid 140 for FedEx lol hopefully it gets there by EOD. I dropped it off on Sunday
