Unable to raise new Tech Support Ticket due to website error

So I've been trying to raise a ticket on http://eu.evga.com/support/question.asp (and the US version on www.evga.com) since yesterday but keep getting the following error:
 
EU:
There has been an error while requesting your page, and our team has been notified.
The request from xxx.xxx.xxx.x at 2016-06-01 15:25:41 GMT for the URL /support/question.asp cannot be served due to error 158 on the host eu.evga.com.
 
US:
There has been an error while requesting your page, and our team has been notified.
The request from xxx.xxx.xxx.x at 2016-06-01 14:58:32 GMT for the URL /support/ticket/errorpage.htm cannot be served due to error 17 on the host www.evga.com.
 
Tried this from work and from home so it's unlikely a problem my end. Little help?

EDIT: It is because I'm raising a ticket against an RMA'd product?

    Sorry that the site is giving you issues, we've been doing a lot of work on it lately. If you still need to contact us (assuming you haven't gotten a hold of us in the last few hours), feel free to email us at support@evga.com for US Support or eusupport@evga.com for EU Support and we can try to assist you there, just make sure to include your SN in case you're not emailing from the same address that is on your account.
     
    If you can include a screenshot of the issue we can forward it to IT so that they can address the issue with the site directly. 
     
    In case you haven't tried already, clearing your cookies and cache (sometimes even testing with another browser) helps sometimes.

    True, but there are a few different error screens so it might be helpful for them to see it as well as read it.

    It looks like it was a .png and our mail server only accepts .jpg so it was rejected. At this point, don't worry about it as I went ahead and notified them of the issue and forwarded the one you posted here.
     
    Sorry for the trouble, but EU Support should be getting in contact with you about the issue with your card soon.

    lol why'd you scribble out your IP? It's not like anyone can do to you if all they know is your IP.....

    I had this same issue until I cleared my internet temp files. If you get the same error again please give me the exact link again.

    I am currently having the same issue as well. I tried different browsers but my new ticket just won't make it through. Clearing temporary files unfortunately did not work either.
    Heads up! Email coming to .
     
    I need a ticket to get up for possible RMA as well.

    It's still happening now on the EU site as well. Need to get my RMA sorted as I'm still within my 30 day warranty of my 1080 to get a new one.

    Same issue here. I just now tried to submit a ticket for my 960. Completely starting over seemed to help. but trying to view the history under the card breaks it again.

    Telefphonsupport helped me to submit the RMA.
    Now i got a RMA-Card
    BUT
    need to RMA this one as well. Extreme Noise-Problems.
    Website for a RMA down AGAIN !
    So i cant submit the RMA BEFORE i go in holidays ...
    -> SO again i ahve a card i ahve to RMA in my worktime, and ahve to lend a laptop to work the week.
    AGAIN !!!
     
    Rly ... that is my 2nd Card i have to RMA instantly after i just got it ...
    That means 2 weeks without a card and 2 weeks where i have to lend a laptop to do my work.
     
    Im more then pissed atm ...

    I am having this problem too. In Chrome, I get the error 17 message.
    If I try in Edge, I get redirected to a page that says "You cannot enter more than 2000 characters onto the text box area...."
    My ticket was 1200 or so characters. I whittled it down to 636 characters and I still get the same message.
     
    My fans on my GTX 1080 FTW aren't spinning anymore, and I really need help. What can I do?

    EDIT: I am using the support email address earlier in the thread, so hopefully that will help... but it would be awesome if the ticket system worked!  :)
     
    EDIT 2: Got a very fast response from a real person using the support email, despite it being a Saturday night. EVGA is the best.
