USB 3.0+ Extensible Host Controller Windows

I'm trying to install the Samsung Windows Mixed Reality headset and it keeps saying I need USB 3.0+
I've tried every port and I've tried the Windows troubleshooting.  It says I need to uninstall the USB Extensible host controller and restart then it will have (Windows) at the end of the controller.
I've tried this and it still says ASMedia extensible host controller without the (Windows) on it.  
What can I do to get this headset to be recognized by any of my 6 USB 3.0+ slots on this motherboard?

    Are you sure the wires your using in the usb 3.0 slot are certified for usb 3.0?
