You have seen my posts in the forum. I'm sorry to say that I was not happy with the evga graphics card. The customer representatives at Evga were really good and helpful. Something went wrong all the time for me . I have is the RMA product. I guess the RMA product is also defective. I don't want to pay the cargo and the tax fee again. This graphic card was very costly for me. Can I give back the product?

    You will have to reach out to evga customer support about that.

    You will definitely need to follow AHowes suggestion and speak directly with EVGA. The only ones that can help you will be EVGA with this request. The forum members will only be able to tell you the same thing.
