Hey guys do you think it’s actually worth buying the Titan over a 1080 ti? Any real noticeable difference? I’m running a 1060 6gb at the moment....

I think I would go for the 1080TI.
IIRC, they have about the same fps in games compared to each other. One may win 1 game, then the other wins another game. So pretty evenly matched.
Also, newer tech, newer batch of chips, newer putting the card together, so there is not as much degrading of pads and thermal paste over the older titan xp (although, maybe only what, 6 months newer? But, 6 months can mean a lot in the life of these very hot running cards).

Well, looking over reviews, it looks like the titan xp is 5-20% better than the 1080TI?
And, if prices are as crazy high as they are, and you can get a titan xp for cheaper than a 1080ti (nvidia's website for the titan xp), then get the titan xp.

I'd wait to see what's announced unless you can get a good deal on a card now and sell your current one. In reality, they're all inflated now so you're better off waiting
