Looks like the 20 series cards don't include this feature anymore. Why was it removed?

What thermals are you talking about? EVGA's 20 series iCX2 cards will have the extra thermals like they do on the 10 series iCX cards according to the picture of the new Precision X1.

Dunno, maybe EVGA didn't think people where finding that feature useful. Was this feature also on the GTX 1080 Ti FTW3 cards?

Maybe they changed it to an overlay display? I use the feature too, but if they made an overlay that appeared when preset temp settings trigger it would essentially be the same thing and actually more useful.

Ah, I see them on the GTX 1080 Ti FTW3 iCX card. How do you know for sure the RTX 2080 TI iCX2 cards will not have them?

They don’t mention rgb in that video either, but it looks like an rgb or 4 pin fan header on the end of the pcb near the power plugs. Since those were mock up/early boards, I would say a lot will change before they are released.
Last gen, evga said the 1080ti sc2 would only have white leds aside from the three temp leds and it came with rgb after a couple of weeks, so I wouldn’t put off the fact that it may have them on the production model.
