$59.95 a month. Good enough .. when I started using a cable modem with DOCSIS 1.1 back in July 2002 the speed was 30Mbps down and 10Mbps up. IIRC ?

I'm wondering what type of connection grants anyone of you 2 or 3ms. DSL probably, or Fiber? I'm on cable and I think I have a decent ping, which is 11ms

Generally, only FTTH grants that low a ping. Or, using a speedtest server less than 10 miles away lol.

I work for a local ISP. We just launched 1 gig to the home via fiber. We only offer 20 on the upload side but 960+ down is pretty awesome. This is with 1 ms response times. Don't have it at my house yet

It's the cheap package where I'm at, the higher tiers are 400 and 960 Mbits the upload is always tiny for whatever reason on all the ISPs I've had (I've heard rumors that it's to mitigate piracy, but don't really know)
