What do you all think about the New Outlook.Com Look and Feel as it now runs under OWA*
Myself I do not care for it and half my rules disappeared, I am Old School.

It's too slow at work and at home, but a little faster at home.
Other than that, I haven't had much problems.
I try to stick to the Mail apps on my W10 PC at home and W10M phone.

I have had Hotmail through Outlook OWA for weeks or months.  Did some people just get it recently?

I am used to OWA and it feels normal to me.  My only complaint is that some things seem to break or act funny when using a mobile device.

Yes, I have two accounts and only one has changed over to the new look and feel.
It was last week that I did receive an email letting me know that Outlook Calendar was being updated but did not know this it included Outlook Email as well.
    New Address: https://outlook.live.com/owa/
    Old Address: https://bay180.mail.live.com/

Have to go to my other computer for the address, this is my Hotmail account that change to outlook last year it think.
https://blu184.mail.live.com/default.aspx this address still uses the older look and feel that is on my Hotmail account.
I do pay the $20 a year for Ad-Free Usage.

I have not even bothered with my Windows 10 computer and the Mail App, I want my mail to stay on the Server and not on a local computer. I have had my Hotmail Email account from day Microsoft Started it.

New Look (Both Views are on the Same Computer with Different Logons to Windows 7 using IE 11)
Top Image is an Outlook Account (3 or 4 years old) the Bottom Image is an old Hotmail Account form years ago.

Click on Images Twice for a Larger View.

Old Look [Both accounts looked this way last week].

The big issue is not how it looks but the complete Menu System Changed and How you now use the Menus and Settings in Outlook.Com.

Even with the Mail App, it stays on the server. It's not Outlook.
You can test it if you want. I don't have much time to use my PC when I am at home. Send yourself a few emails and check them on the app, then check to see if they are there on the server. I'm 98% sure it stays on the server.

OK, the reason I do not want to user the new Mail App in Windows 10 is it requires me to log on the Computer with my Microsoft and link them together and that Is why. I have Outlook 2010 and even 2013 but use them only for Gmail and Apple Mail.

I use Thunderbird for Outlook email on my PC. Outlook works fine on Thunderbird with IMAP. I also use the Outlook Android app, and if I'm somewhere else I can just log on using Outlook.com, so everything syncs and I like it. Thunderbird also works great with Gmail IMAP (or POP3), and again I use the Gmail android app.

The only thing I don't like about Outlook is that when using IMAP it only lets you check for new mail a limited number of times per minute. That can be annoying if you have a very active conversation going via email. Gmail has no such restriction.
