Ok, so morning of the 3rd, sit on the Elite Exclusives page and refresh? Will all the products be listed right there, and then I just find the one I want and click Auto Notify?

From pass drops, in which the 24 hr Elite exclusive was in place, like the EVGA Z590 MB, the auto notify was available on the product page for Elite Members only on the first day of launch. I assume that this will be the case for the 3080/3070 TI. So you have to be signed in to your account.

Most likely, but you have to click on the product page to access the auto notify button. Again, this is from pass drops.

Did you sign up on the eu.evga.com site or the evga.com site?  It is important has evga.com will not allow non North American-based payment methods and will not ship outside of North America (and vice versa).
