I personally prefer my DG-86 - mainly because of the way my tower is positioned in the room - I like the fact the power buttons and front I/O are where they are as it's perfect for my desk/room layout.  Only thing I'd change would be putting a tempered front panel in and better air-flow through the right side, but I am otherwise very happy with it.  :)

Yes essenbe however these DG-7 cases are from what I heard mid tower cases. I wish to have tempered on my DG-87

That would be nice if they sold tempered glass panels as an extra at least. They've been really popular the past couple years

Hello MackTheKnight,

We do appreciate the feedback and suggestion.  At this time there is no tempered glass replacement option for the DG8 series case.  It is an awesome suggestion, that I will go ahead and forward over to our PMTeam for further considereation.

If you do have any issues with your current side panel, please feel free to send some images along with an email to so we can review issue and see if we can assist you further.

If they are going to add a tempered glass upgrade; how about doing so in a manner that allows us to replace the plastic in existing panels with a piece of tempered glass made to fit in the existing door. Don't get me wrong; a ready made replacement door that requires to work is nice but after you swap the panel; what do you do with the original one with the plastic window; let it take up space in the closet? Either way; I just want tempered glass.
