TechPowerUp today released the latest version of TechPowerUp GPU-Z, the popular PC graphics information, monitoring, and diagnostics utility. Version 2.52.0 adds support for AMD Radeon RX 7900 XTX, RX 7900 XT, RX 6300 OEM; NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 Ti, and a few rare "Ampere" based GPUs in circulation these days, including the RTX 3080 Ti 20 GB, RTX 3070 Ti based on GA102 silicon, RTX 3050 based on GA107, and the PCIe AIC version of the A800 80 GB accelerator. Detection is improved for the Xe LP-based iGPU of Intel Core "Raptor Lake" processors. NVIDIA GPUs with ECC memory now have ECC status reported in the Advanced panel. On GPUs where the boost frequency can't be read, the base frequency will be used to calculate fillrates. Clock speed detection for Intel Arc "Alchemist" GPUs has been improved. Vendor detection has been added for several new graphics card brands such as Corsair (gaming notebooks), Maxsun, and Wingtech.

Too little, too late, why return to Ampere. Seems Nvidia have large pile of 7n silicon.

I would rather expect 4080 Ti 20GB in order to wipe off 7900xtx.

Ampere was Samsung 8n. They may be releasing the card to OEMs for pre built systems is what I would assume though not necessarily exclusively as Nvidia has recently released an 8GB variant of the RTX 3060 and a GDDR6X variant of the RTX 3060 Ti so who knows really. They could definitely still release a RTX 3080 Ti 20GB.

As for a 20GB RTX 4080 Ti? That is entirely plausible as Nvidia has left rather conspicuously a large performance gap between RTX 4080 and RTX 4090 so they could slot in a RTX 4080 Ti. Though if their current pricing model hold don't expect it to be priced anywhere near a 7900XTX. For a RTX 4080 Ti 20GB I'd estimate a $1399 MSRP given their current offerings. That would be a 320bit memory bus card delivering somewhere in the neighborhood of 850-900GB memory bandwidth depending on memory speed they settle on. I would assume it to be on a further cut down AD102 die in the 15k CUDA core range. That would also leave them room at the top for the inevitable RTX 4090 Ti with a fully enabled or very close to fully enabled AD102 die.

    My guesses?
    RTX Titan 48GB 18,432 CUDA cores 384bit memory at 24GBps $2599
    RTX 4090 Ti 24GB 18,176 CUDA cores 384bit memory at 24GBps $1999 - $2099
    RTX 4080 Ti 20GB 15,360 CUDA cores 320bit memory at 22-24Gbps $1399

RTX Titan looks to me more like show off and most probably could be launched in quite limited quantity.
Hope Mr. Jen-Hsun Greed, won't see your pricing guesses.
Thanks for the personal insight on this never-ending hunt for customer valet.

Just read how Nvidia expecting "historical" performance gain from RTX 50 (Blackwall) That won't happen soon, but AMD might have tough run for the money.
