If you set the settings the same way on both machines, then does it work out for you?  You can try copying your config file from one machine to another and see if this helps to keep your settings the same between the machines. 
 
The config file is located in the C:\users\(Account name)\AppData\Local\EVGA_Co.,_Ltd\UnleashRGB.exe_URL_XXXXXXXXXX\1.0.27.0\user.config
