TORQ X10 Mouse Wheel not working

i have the torq x10 and it works beautifully except for one thing, the mouse wheel (to scroll up and down webpages and stuff) appears to only work when it wants to.. it works some times then other times it doesn't work at all. Any idea how to fix this or what could be wrong?

    Hi DR0PBASS,
     
    I am sorry to hear that your wheel works on and off.  I recommend to try and install the latest version of the mouse software from http://www.evga.com/support/drivers/ and see if this helps.  
     
    If you should continue to have the same problem then please contact our 24 hour support at 1-888-881-3842 Option 1 or by email at Support@EVGA.com to setup a RMA to have this exchanged.
