  As you can see the FOV advantage is huge when running multi monitor. Even when using the sights you still have huge peripheral vision allowing you to easily spot targets.

Holllllly You'r room must be wonderful during the heat of the summer.
My room is 80*F with just one monitor when my airconditionar is set to 72*F, but i take care of this with a huge fan that blow all the hot air out and nice air in.

Do you mean remove the external case? That's been done on many builds. You'll still have bezels but they'll be as small as possible for that LCD panel type.

Here's one I took from BC2. There's quite a bit more visible.  I'll have to take some better pictures of my setup, but it's just a simple Obutto cockpit with 3 27" monitors.

Has anyone got Resident Evil 5 to work in surround ? Keeps crashing,I've tried different drivers,resolutions & the "fix" from hayden @ widescreen gaming forums (it does fix the fov though). Would really like to play again in widescreen. it has crashed & burned so many times i'm afraid the FAA is going to call me...

I'll be down at the Texas GamExperience 2011 event in Dallas this weekend. I'm assisting with two demo triple-projection rigs that [H]ardOCP, AMD and Immersaview are setting up to demo AMD Bulldozer, Eyefinity, the new Deus Ex and Dirt3 games. Setup is Friday with AMD trucks and engineers arriving in the morning for event setup. Saturday is the event. Will be back with pics and details on those builds Sunday.
