Brad_Hawthorne Do you mean remove the external case? That's been done on many builds. You'll still have bezels but they'll be as small as possible for that LCD panel type. Do you have a link of that somewhere?

My third monitor and longer DP Cables will be here on Thursday! Pumped about it! In all my excitement i forgot 1 crucial component...Speakers! Any one have suggestion on a decent 2.1 (under $100) that has long cables so i can put the speakers on either side of my outside monitors? Thanks again! Pics will be coming this week. I guess a mandatory room cleaning may be in order.

Do you have a link of that somewhere? There are a few examples over at WSGF. I'd have to dig up the specific links though. A few of them are 5x1P specific, but the original one I saw over there was standard triple-head about two years ago.

I have two monitors hooked up DVi and pne with Display Port. It detects that i have 3 monitors, but only the 2 hooked up with DVI cable have a display. I have tried it on all 4 DP ports, and have even ruled out a monitor issue, as i have hooked all up with DVI just to make sure everything was actually working. Any idea what is causing this? Monitors are DP enables, so i thought it should have worked just fine. Am i missing something, or am i suppose to get a DVI to DP cable. Frustrating to get everything in and setup to have this happen. Also, i posted this in the general discussion also by mistake. Sorry about that.

To make three displays function using NVIDIA Surround mode, you require two cards in SLI. The specifics on how to properly configure things are over on the NVIDIA website.

Hes talking about Eyefinity. He has a thread in the general hardware section. Its looking like a DP issue... The group creates but the screen hooked up on DP natively does not get a picture.

His specs in his sig show GTX580. If it's on the AMD Eyefinity side of the fence he has the common old passive vs active adapter issue. He needs to spend about $30 and pick up an active DP to single-link DVI adapter. As he's not mentioned what card, I can't tell if he needs minidp-to-dvi or dp-to-dvi.

I thought that was the issue at first also. But his monitors support DP. I got the issue cleared up with him. The monitor was not auto selecting the DP as the input. He just needed to switch the input manually.
