HoggleLuckily the board is new so bios updates could come out fairly often. I would contact support if you run into any RAM issues since they could be fixed.
rblaes_99my guess is that so much of this is actually based on the CPU IMC and silicone lottery the motherboard makers really can't control it.
RogueMasterHow do we determine what modules are on the sticks? Curious about whether I have the B dies or not.I think I have the F4-4000C18D-64GTZR sticks (I'm not at home to look, so the model number may be wrong) for the new build.

DEJ915At that speed it may require manual tuning or the CPU memory controller is just not able to run at that speed.
rblaes_99i just got the 5333mhz kits back from gskill RMA..... still wont run at xmp on the dark. not as of today at least.
BIGGZxoxojust received my memory today and can confirm that G.Skill Ripjaws V series 4000hz F4-4000C14D-32GVK works when XMP is enabled, but Gear 1 won't post. It has to be set at Auto for it to work

Some people are getting good results by down-clocking 4000MHz ram to 3600MHz Gear 1 and then tightening up the timings.
rblaes_99I put the 5333mhz elite kit in the mail heading for Nereus today to test/benchmark on his dark. It would not run on XMP for me.
