If I am stepping up 2 cards, both approved at the same time can I ship them both to EVGA in the same box to cut down on my shipping costs or must I place them each in their own box and ship them separately?

Heatware: Trelor - I primarily use eBay which is attached to my heatware.

    Hello Trelor,

With any Step Up request we would recommend sending each card individually in order to avoid any issues or problems.   You do have the option of sending both cards in the same box, though we would suggest making sure there is more than enough padding between both cards and the box itself in order to avoid any damage.  Also, clearly mark the box to show that there are two cards being sent in for the Step Up program.   Other than this it should be fine, since it will help cut down the shipping cost for you.  Please let us know if you have any other questions or concerns.

Hey guys my step up payment was just approved and i got an email with a shipping label. I am just curious that it isn't a prepaid on as i noticed in the step up that i paid 9.24 for shipping. Is the 9.24 the cost of shipping the new card to me? Does this mean i also have to pay extra shipping to ship the card to Evga? Kind of confused and would like this explained.

You paid 9.24 to have it shipped back to you. Getting the product to EVGA comes out of your pocket.

    theboczek,

You would be responsible for shipping your current video card to us.  The shipping option which you chose and paid for during the request is the option that you would like to have the Step Up card sent to you from us.  I do apologize for the confusion, please let us know if you have any other questions or concerns,

    Hello k0yuki.

We highly recommend on using a shipping company like UPS or Fed Ex with tracking in case of any issues during shipping, however you may use any company including the USPS.

Any sturdy box that provides 2" or more padding for the card will be fine.

Should my package have two labels: the one attached in the email and one for the carrier?
