I just received my 2080 FTW3 card on Sunday which I bought from Amazon. Will this be eligible for the step-up offer?

If/When EVGA Adds the cards to the step-up list, you should be able to step-up.. make sure your card is properly registered and your invoice is uploaded. Also verify that your invoice shows that it was purchased directly from Amazon. Just remember, you will not be stepping up to an FTW3 version, you can only step up to a reference PCB.

Hello, I noticed today, I have option for step-up for my GPU to: - EVGA GeForce RTX 2060 SUPER XC ULTRA GAMING, 08G-P4-3163-KR, 8GB GDDR6, Dual HDB Fans, RGB LED, Metal Backplate (€ 504,99 Inc VAT)
but other models RTX 2060 SUPER are not listed. My question is, whether you have a plan to add more models to the step-up program, e.g.: - EVGA GeForce RTX 2060 SUPER SC ULTRA GAMING, 08G-P4-3067-KR, 8GB GDDR6, Dual HDB Fans, Metal Backplate (€ 439,99 Inc VAT)
- EVGA GeForce RTX 2060 SUPER XC GAMING, 08G-P4-3162-KR, 8GB GDDR6, Dual HDB Fans, RGB LED, Metal Backplate (€ 489,99 Inc VAT)
Thank you.

Normally only one model, typically a base model, gets added to the program.
Once that card is added, it is pretty rare for another card to get added from the same line of GPU’s. Mostly, EVGA uses the NVidias reference board design that is authorized for all vendors.
It is highly unlikely for another card to get added, although the program is set up so they can.

Was fairly bummed that I bought the 2070 FTW3 Ultra a month ago (not that it isn't a great card, super happy with what it is). So thrilled that I can get the FTW super for the cost of shipping and sales tax, thank you EVGA!

I'm curious as to how step ups are prioritized. It would make sense that as long as the supers are flying off the shelves there most likely won't be many step ups processed. Hopefully we'll miss out on any early model issues this way.

The Good news is it does not matter ---> You get to use your Current Card until EVGA make contact about your Step-Up being ready to process Just make sure your Register & signup https://www.evga.com/support/stepup/ see: Stepping through the Step-Up Also its nice if you bought an EVGA Extended Warranty it will transfer to the Step-Up card

Oh yeah, being able to hold onto my current card in the meanwhile is amazing. A program that is this pro-consumer is highly refreshing in this day and age.

The only thing I lament is not having access to cross-shipping. I completely understand the reasoning behind it, but it's still a bummer. I'm very glad that EVGA offers a program that covers people like me who purchased a 2070 just outside the 14-day exchange window, but well within the 90-day step-up window (mine was 7 days before announcement of the "super" series, but also fell 3 days after it appeared on the step-up list). Other companies who shall remain nameless would not care one bit. This is why I buy EVGA video cards. That and the 5 year extended warranty (with optional cross-shipping for RMAs)!

Generally, when we receive new shipments, we allocate a certain number of cards to Step-Up if it's still a limited product. The amount will vary by product, stock, and number of people in the queue. When supply normalizes and step-ups reduce to a certain number, we usually remove the limitations. We ultimately have to balance not only the cards we put up on EVGA.com (including step-ups), but also our retail and channel partners. It's never really been about limiting step-ups based on how they are selling, but rather how many cards we happen to receive during a given time.

Now that’s exactly what I’d expect, a reasonable and thorough response
