I don't know if there are any European based graphics cards manufacturers, most seem to be Taiwanese. I won't get a new card anyway, I saw this as a good opportunity to upgrade to a RTX 30 series and resell my GTX 1660 super for at least as much as I bought it for, making for essentially a free upgrade. But I really can't complain having a 1660s in times like these, it's still an amazing card for 1080p gaming, I'll just stick with it till 40 series.
 
I saw on the forums that indeed there are complaints about US stock going to retailers first, which is a shame since it then goes to bots first, making the queue system less useful. Hope the situation improves in the US as well, no one here should have to wait so many months for what should be a common PC component. Best of luck!

 
Inno3D, Gainward, Colorful and Galax are brands that are either very uncommon or not directly sold to the US market. There's many more on the Radeon side too. I know some of the non-US brands have better support systems in Europe to serve their market, but I don't remember enough to give any names. 

Looks like another individual has messed up the back 3060 xc list.

I just received mine and ordered RTX 3080 FTW3 Ultra. I also edited my response on the spreadsheet. I haven't received a shipment notification, but it should go out today.

do we have any news about EU stock? NA is moving a lot so I would assume EU will too, but I cannot really see any movement especially with highly watched RTX 3060 XC (there is a spreadsheet to the seconds here https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1pfpf0sR5A-2HK283LMC8e_VroiRjmsHzknotTUY5Fco/edit#gid=1611043631). I know there is worldwide problem with shipping and containers cost more than 13 times more, but I am hoping in a little bit of information because AMD new card is coming and I would like to improve my card without moving from Nvidia.

EVGA is prioritizing FTW cards over XC3 cards.

That's fine but it's still been almost 6 months for the FTW cards I'm on the list for. How is this even acceptable when NEW EVGA cards keep popping up from scalpers? There is some logic missing here when it comes to the queue system. I mean is there a freaking monkey watching the queue system on their end, What the ****?

I wish they would send out periodic check in emails that remove people from queue if they don't respond to confirm queue.

Edit. I don't have the stats on how many cards go unpurchased but I am curious as to how much further along we could be If that was the case. The buy window if ignored ties a card up for an entire business day.

Anything would help, sure they have a queue system which at face value appears to be good but there is NO MOVEMENT ON IT AT ALL. It's a joke. All the while we have people selling 3080s on ebay by the crate loads. How is it the queue system has zero priority? Doesn't make any damn sense.
 
My favorite part of all this are all the stupid promos and everything they are offering when you "purchase" a 3080 RTX. I feel like I'm living in the Truman show. WHO ARE YOU TALKING TO? WHO THE **** ACTUALLY HAS ONE OF THESE CARDS?
