"why is my video card so hot?? They hybrid kit is running...the fans are going...what is...oh...I'm folding... Derp!"

    What are your temps? My 2070 is running 70c with 75% fan
    My 1060 is 58c with 70% fans

    i'm running the hybrid kit full out at all times..I don't care about noise...
     
    It's about 30C idle ..about 50C under folding load...about 55 to 60C gaming..
     
    that's about as hot as it ever gets.

    Like tank said those are great temps. I would be happy with that. My 1080ti with a hybrid runs @ 40 folding depending on WU.

    Case fans - more case fans  & turn them up to 11 
     
    my dual 1080 Ti FTW3 Hybrids are much warmer than that ..... forced me to open the side door ... was pushing toward 70 C @ ~ 3.2 M PPD
     
    with temps around 50 C the total watts drawn also dropped by ~20

    LOL I've done that.  Or rather forgot to scrap the CPU slot, log in the next day and wonder "gee, why is my CPU so warm?"
