@ wolf i did as u have described above - 4 cores 8 threads and set the qpi link to slow -
 
boots all right little slower --but cant go in to os - it blue screens - i think either low voltage or the rams timings etc .
i have 40gb of ram 4gb gskill @ 1.5 volts .
 
can u pls tell how and which options to select so i also see if ii can do above 4.4ghz etc .
 
i would really love to hit 4.5 / 4.6 ghz .
 
would appreciate if u can give some details as to which options to choose from .
 
also which options to chose from to get the rams stable

First thing you will want to do is lower the memory speed below its rated speed to take it out of the equation as a possible problem.
Once you find the Max BCLK your CPU's can do stable then work on getting the ram to its max speed.
