Dear Evga friends, I was wondering if you could help me with decision. I started EVGA STEP-UP from GTX 1070 to RTX 2060:

P/N: 08G-P4-5173-KR
to
P/N: 06G-P4-2061-KR

I started it because for my EVGA STEP-UP I have only about 14 days. Do You think it is good decision? To step-up to RTX 2060 i need pay additional 50 euro (include shippings) I'm worried about:
  1. This RTX 2060 is MINI version, meaby performance will be the same as my GTX 1070?
  2. How about temp? I bought extended warranty for GTX 1070 so warranty will have transfered to RTX 2060 but this RTX 2060 will hit about ~ 80 degress :/ ?
  3. How about noise? Right now my GTX 1070 is very silent :D
  4. In your opinion, is it profitable to pay this 50 euro for EVGA Step-up?

Go with the New if you are running Windows 10 1809
If your Computer is more than 4 Years old then you might hold off and update your computer first.

Quite new with: W10 1809, i5 9600k, 16gb ram. So should I not be afraid of my doubts?

If your system can handle the GTX 2060 video card then 50 Euros is a very cheap upgrade.

AMD Ryzen 9 7950X,  Corsair Mp700 Pro M.2, 64GB Corsair Dominator Titanium DDR5  X670E Steel Legend, MSI RTX 4090 Associate Code: H5U80QBH6BH0AXF. I am NOT an employee of EVGA

Yes my system can handle the RTX 2060, but what i wrote this RTX is MINI version:

MINI RTX 2060: 1680MHz Boost Clock and 215GT/s Texture Fill Rate
    vs
NORMAL RTX 2060: 1830MHz Boost Clock and 234.2GT/s Texture Fill Rate

So meaby performance RTX 2060 MINI will be the same as my GTX 1070? I think with only 1 fan this RTX will hit about 80 degress, is it fine temperature?

When you say mini, are you referring to the card with just one fan? If as one of the guys said it a 50 bucks upgrade I think you would be mad to miss the opportunity. There is nothing mini about the power of that card.

Update* Apologies did not see the date before posting. How do you get on, did you go with the step-up. if so how are you finding the new card.
