It is stated 1-3 days until evga will ship the psu (cross shipping). Five days later evga still has not shipped the item. How long can I expect to be waiting? COVID is not an excuse, if that is the case than update the website. What should my next steps be

    My SuperNova 1000 P2 was bad out of the box(fan) Evga received it on 2/25 and still no replacement has shipped. I was told they have no inventory and were hoping to receive some by the end of this week so they can send a replacement.  No choice but to wait and see if that happens.

    Should I put a stop payment on the hold. Just send another 1000w psu. I was a fan boy of all things evga

    Hello, sorry to see your RMA hasn't shipped. Looks like you had spoke to us yesterday and we had upgraded the shipping due to the delay. We do apologize about the inconvenience. We do not recommend to stop payment on the RMA as this will stop the RMA process.

    Well that answers my question about PSU availability. If they don't even have stock to replace broken units, lord knows when I'll be able to just buy a new psu lol. Good luck on your RMA my friend. Hopefully you don't have to wait too long.

    my 1070ti rma took about a week to ship the first time.  and got a dud
    second one took about a week and a half to ship, waiting to test
    havent sent a psu recently

    I paid for cross shipping. They say 1-3 days. All I want is a legit time frame of when it’s going to ship because the 1-3 days is wrong

    I am waiting until this Thursday 3/11 which will be two weeks since EVGA received my 1000 P2 and if no replacement has been shipped by then I will request they return it as is and I will return it to NewEgg for a refund.
