After I downloaded PrecisionX 6.03 and want to change the RGB, there's no option to change the LED in the tab (I can see the LED tab but there's no option to change it) and I tried again to download the lower version but still there's no option for it. I bought and install a new 1070 FTW and tested on some games and it works perfectly. edit title by Cool GTX added [Resolved]

Hrm, should have a tab under the settings looks like this.  Remember to hit the OK button after you change the settings. Edit: Must not be able to post's images yet sry. In any case there should be a tab in the top right next to Pixel Clock labeled LED. Edit2: Ok I'm an idiot apparently you can see the tab. Well there should be a drop down menu in there not sure why it would be missing.

I can see the LED settings etc, but when I got to LED tab, there's no option available on the "EVGA LOGO LED" box, I tried the using the software version 6.0.3 - 6.0.1 but still not working

Can you post a screenshot of GPU-Z? Also by any chance are you using an AMD motherboard?

Did you try clicking on the box next to where you get to make the choice of Static ON, OFF, Demo 1 or 2?
I also have been having an issue with the lighting. When my computer wakes from Sleep, the color of the LED is back to the default blue. I have to go into Precision X, click on the box again, and click ok to get it back to red ;p.

Different how? Version wise you are on the latest and the previous post was an earlier version. What specifically are you referencing?
BIOS version? Are you on a FTW also? Fill rate? You aren't overclocked exactly the same. Memory? He had Samsung and you have Micron.

Thought I'd chime in here as I'm having a similar problem. I'm using a SC 1070 black edition, and am having issues changing the RGB color for the top panel ("EVGA Geforce GTX 1070") and seem to have no LED options for the front panel. I can adjust basic 'breathing' and 'flashing' effects for the top panel but see no options for a color change. FOR ME: when I click the cog wheel on the bottom right corner of P.XOC I see the tab for LED, however it is greyed out, and thus am unable to click on it. Things I have tried: -Updated to the latest versions of Precision XOC and GeForce Experience, and installed latest drivers. -Tried both Steam and Standalone version of P.XOC (running standalone as admin) -Updated Windows 10 to latest version :/ If you have any ideas please let me know.

I thought the FTW was the only card 1070 with RGB. I think your card has white, not RGB. Ah, right there in the specs to the card: CoolingACX 3.0LED Logo: Yes (White) <That is why you can't change RGB http://www.evga.com/Products/Product.aspx?pn=08G-P4-5173-KR
