According to EVGA support, fans plugged into the GPU do NOT ramp up and down. Not sure if it's the same for the hybrid kit but in normal Hybrid cards the rad fan is supposed to be a constant rpm all the time. That is not true at all!!!!!!! There may be some confusion with this hybrid cooler and the CLC CPU cooler that we recently released, which does have more variation. The Fan slider/s in the Precision XOC program will just allow you to vary the VRM fan mounted to the PCB of the card. If you want PWM control of the fan you can unplug it from the card and run it straight from the motherboard, but that is not usually necessary or beneficial. The pump and radiator tap power from the +12V fan power feed from the card. Only the fan on the card itself is variable, as it has the connections to the PWM control signal. The +12V is constant, and doesn't change.
