RTX 3090 EVGA FTW3 Starts to desktop and then lose signal

Hi. I have an issue with my RTX 3090 FTW 3 from EVGA. I just changed my case and installed a DIY Watercooling. After I did the leak test and everything went smooth, I turned on the PC, went to desktop, I see all the files, folders and apps and the second after this it loses the signal. I have 3 monitors and it says `no signal` on all of them. I checked if the GPU is seated, all 3 connectors from the PSU are plugged in properly, I tried only on one monitor, I changed the cables to other Display port and HDMI and still nothing. I uninstalled and reinstalled the drivers. Still nothing.. Can someone help me? Thanks in advance.

    People are gona need full specs.. and what you all changed? Card new? Was used prior in the same build?

    I have a Z490-P Mobo, Intel I9 10850K, 32GB Ram Kingston, 1000W Gold Plus Rog Strix PSU and the RTX 3090 FTW3 Ultra. It worked before on the same build. After I changed the case I did a test and it worked and since I installed the watercooling I had this problem.

    Don't sound good.. obviously worst case is the water block is hitting something it shouldn't:/

    Unplug everything and plug it back in.. maybe you get lucky and it's something stupid like one loose cable going to a hdd or something.

    Real bad luck if theirs a mb standoff installed in the wrong spot.. hope you verified that before.

    Edit. Make sure the card is perfectly level on the pcie slot. Sometimes the card i/o bracket gets caught up on the case and don't sit right.

    Problem solved! Thanks to all for the answers. I forgot to put the Washers on the GPU and I tightened the screws. Now it works
