We all know that the RTX 3080 is almost impossible to find unless you're willing to pay scalper prices. However, how about making some cards available to EVGA Elite members? I think those that have proven to be loyal to the EVGA brand deserve consideration. For example, I've purchased and registered a EVGA GTX 980, 1080, and an RTX 2080 ti. Show your loyal customers some love please!

That's just silly just wait for stock like the rest of us. 2080ti is a great card I am positive you will be fine waiting.

And I've been buying EVGA GFX cards exclusively since the GeForce 2, countless cards over last 20 years. With that in mind, how do you propose they would determine the order in which elite members would get their cards? Not to mention, its not that difficult to become an elite member.

I am a loyal customer of EVGA because they provide quality products backed by excellent customer service and offer unique programs like Step Up that I am able to get full credit of what I paid towards a new gfx card or motherboard. To my knowledge, no other company offers that.

I would like to see more things show up on the Elite list but can understand with this card already being in short supply it might take a little bit since a lot of people are able to be elite members.

They didn't just make cards available to Elite members, they actually made a unique version of the 1080ti just for Elite members. Given the cost of doing something like that, I'm sure they wouldn't do something like that again. However, just making cards available to Elite members would be a good move to reward loyal customers. I don't see how they would do it other than first come first serve, one per Elite member. And sure, they may not be able to supply every Elite member that wants a card with one right away, but at least the cards wouldn't be snapped up by the bots.

I would certainly be all over it if they did.

Why is pricing removed from the products pages ? Price is expected to change ? Drop ? Or will it be bumped up based on the demand ?

They had some special colors only for Elite members. So pretty much.

EU I am guessing? The prices were jacked up. They had VAT included but were also charging VAT. And then they were also shipping out of Taiwan so DHL was also charging VAT. So they're trying to fix that issue.

What would you propose they do with other retailers which they partner with? I do not think it would be viable for EVGA to simply not sell on Micro Center, Newegg, Best Buy, Amazon, etc. simply because Elite Members would like first dibs. It sounds like the optional colour thing they did with the 1080 was cool, but reserving cards for elite members first seems a little unfair to both stores (i.e. micro center, don't feel bad for amazon) and customers who may either prefer to shop brick and mortar or who are switching to EVGA or new to computer gaming.

I think what they're saying is a small % of the EVGA.com cards. Like they always reserve a few from each shipment for Stepup program.

If I remember correctly... The "Elite" versions spoken of was not done for all GPU's being released, just certain ones. What is to say that EVGA will not or has not already planned something like this for a set number of sku's?

That said... EVGA has to follow the wishes of Nvidia.

Prices on caseking and scan uk were in fact lowered than the original prices shown prior to stock being released.
