    If the seller is participating, yes. If they aren't, no.

    Contact the place of purchase and ask.

    Sadly they told me to contact EVGA just thought I'd check here before calling EVGA.

    Calling EVGA will get you the answer to contact the retailer.  This is an NVidia promotion, so it comes from the retailer, not from the manufacturer.  If PC Canada is participating, they should be providing you the code.  If they are not participating, they will tell you to contact EVGA or NVidia.  With what you have provided, it is very likely they are not participating.

    If its COD, then that comes from the place of purchase. If Falconeer that comes from EVGA but valid on purchases on or after 12/1.
