As much as I appreciate EVGA for being the only company that actually has a queue system in place, I realized it was going to be a loooong wait. I ended up getting my 3070 XC3 Ultra from Best Buy last week. Their next restock is rumored to be this week on 1/19 starting around 0800 EST (they're usually every other Tuesday).  I spent about 2 hours on 1/5 spamming F5 until I finally got one in my cart. And I got damn lucky, because the prices went up a few days later.
 
There are a few good Discord servers that will give you stock alerts for a bunch of different stores.
