Is this normal for the RMA box??? Is this brand new or refurbished?
My card was DOA. Shouldn't I get a new replacement???

    When you get an RMA you get a refurb.




    It was DOA. Shouldn't be a new replacement in 30 days?

    Yes, I think it should be a new replacement and for that reason with reports like this I no longer am committed to EVGA BUT, one advantage should be that the replacement care, being refurbished should be a known working device.

    Yep, looks like a refurb. Gotta love that subject to availability line in the warranty. 🤬

    Less than 30 days and you may have got a refurb. 🤬

    I rma a Kingpin and got refurb in non retail package and way better then the new one. Over 16000 in PR .New one in retail package score 15361.

    You don't need the original packaging for RMA.
    Mine was DOA, so I shipped everything back in original packing. But instead I got a refurbished :(
