Currently running a Corsair RM 650X PSU and wondering if it is sufficient? The only game I currently play is World of Warcraft. System specs are listed in my sig. Thank for your valued opinions in advance.

You're good to go.  Even if you overclock your CPU and GPU it shouldn't max out the power supply (the RM650x can output all 650W on the +12V rail).
 
I've got a AX860, 1080 Ti FE (+120% Power, +150 Core), 4790K (around the same TDP as the 6700K), 32GB DDR3 (more power hungry than DDR4) 3 SSD's, EVGA Hybrid GPU AIO Cooler, 7 Noctua fans plus a few other odds and ends.
 
With all the above I see about 420W max (at the wall) running a GPU stress test plus a LZMA2 benchmark (to tie up the rest of the CPU).
 
Edit: For WoW @ 1440p you're probably better off with a 1080 instead of a 1080 Ti.  You could probably even use a 1070.

Yeah I realized this after buying last week it and seeing no performance improvement. I have a 1070 Black Edition which averages 90-98fps that I am giving to my son

My system:

I7 7700k
Z270 classified K motherboard
16 gb corsair dominator 3000mhz memory
Evga clc 280 cooler
4 corsair 120mm led fans
850 pro ssd 512gb
M.2 960 pro 512gb
Old 2 tb 7200 rpm drive I took out of my old computer
Evga P2 1000w platinum power supply
2x1080 ti sc black sli

Max pull from the wall I ever saw was 640 watts. That is between heavy gaming and also running benchmarks. Haven't heavily overclocked yet to be honest but again I have 1080 ti sli. One card your more then fine with the 650 watt. Take a look at getting the 'kill a watt' meter. For $20 bucks it just plugs in a outlet and your computer plugs into that. Tells you your watts your pulling for you to monitor. I have the $60 dollar strip version that saves the min and max draw. Fantastic device.
