That's an insane amount of cooling acreage lol.. are you going to powder coat / anodize all that aluminum steel, or leave it raw?

I don't know how I missed this, but glad I have seen this thread. The whole build is cool, especially the metal work, and also EVERYTHING else. My favorite picture is the one that shows all rads mounted: three sides of great cooling. The finished product will be epic, I have no doubt. And quite unique as well. Nice work, thanks for the build thread. It shows off all your and your friends hard work. +1!  I would like your opinion on those Arctic fans.

As a machinist I can appreciate the fact you are making your own case! Looks absolutely amazing. Solid craftmanship as well on the two end pieces.
Did you order the tray from a company? Or do you work for one that has the equipment?

Wow, that radiator is absolutely insane, also very nice design work.
If you don't mind me asking, are you an Engineer/Designer by trade?
I would not worry about making an all metal case in regards to grounding. Just make sure the ground in the outlet works.... trust me it hurts when there is no ground and you touch the side of a case.

I've always loved the different Cosmos cases Cooler Master has put out over the years. Seems like a great fit for custom water cooling. Great work!
