Hi, my evga gtx-285 video card, it gives me red light error and I do not find the problem, my system is composed by:

Power Supply: Ultra X3 1000W Atx Power Certified.
    Max Output> +5v/28A +3.3v/24A +12v/70A -12v/0.8A +5VSB/3A
MotherBoard: MSI X58A-GD45 Socket 1366.
Procesor: Intel CoreI7-960 (3.20 Ghz) Lga 1366.
Memory: Corsair Dominator TR3X6G11600C8D 2048MB 1600 MHZ 8-8-8-24 1.55V ver. 2.1.
Video: Evga Gforce Gtx-285.

Sometimes the card works 20 min and gives the red light error, I was able to install windows 7, fighting with the card, install presicion ocx in voltage pressure my card video evga its 1050mw, in bios PCIE Amplitude Control: 800mw by default, i tried everything, my msi card has m-flash that allows to boot bios from usb testing all the bios updates and the error persists, I read the forum and I always comment that it is a power problem, but when measuring the voltages of  power supply is all in the expected ranges, including disable the integrated soundcard realtek, I can not find what else to do, any suggestions

Usually this means the card isn't receiving enough power. Did you check your psu voltages while the system was under a load?

    Regards,

Yes, you can check the voltages while the system is under a load. Make sure you use a multimeter for accurate readings.
