Great, Intel 750 is great and reliable.
Lucky for me I have empty x4 slot to cut only 4 lanes from CPU 16 GPU + 4 Intel 750 SSD.
And one x1 for dedicate sound card. Only price of 750 stop me.
Big size is very expensive and similar speed will be with 970 1TB.

Thank you, call me crazy, but I got the EVGA X299 FTW K V2 off EVGA's store, the sale price was to good to pass up and got a 7800X to pair it with, I will be selling my 980Ti's, X99 FTW K, and 6800K.  I am not sure what GPU will I will be getting, but I am done with SLI after doing it for years.  I also ordered a Bykski CPU-XPR-A-MK which fits LGA 2066, and is one of the largest coldplate CPU blocks you can get on the market, this will certainly tame the 7800X.  Hope to get these upgrades in soon.  The V2 FTW K is awesome, love the VRM heatsink and that it is 14 phase.

Switched to Bitspower X299 Block.
On Bykski FR-CU-RA-V2BK now

Thank you!  I just got the EVGA GTX 1070 Ti FTW ULTRA SILENT GAMING 08G-P4-6678-KR, this card is incredible, triple slot cooler, the design is awesome.  I bought a Watercool.de Heatkiller (WC-15589) block and backplate for it.  Also ordered an EVGA Power Link.  This is gonna be sweet!

Sorry for the super long delay, made many changes to the loop, I changed the CPU block to a Bitspower ELX X299 block since the Bykski one had no springs and thus had terrible mounting pressure.  I need to get a Farbwerk installed and running to hook the ELX RGB cable up to it here is some pics!  Also had to ditch the Kryo EVO's and running 2x NVMe's now on Bitspower armor heatsinks.  Got some cool custom Coldzero parts on the way one being a custom side panel with 4x windows and on hinges!  Storage has been updated, running 4x WD Blue 480GB SSD's, 2x WD Black 480GB NVme's, and 4x WD Black 2.5in 1TB HDD's.

Before with the Bykski

After with the Bitspower ELX X299, don't mind the cable :)

Turned the 1070Ti from a triple slot to a double slot card and put a lot of thermal pads on the back.  All the pads are either Fujipoly 6w/mk or Artic 6w/mk, paste is NT H1.  Pads thickness is range from 0.5mm all the way to 2mm.

Ditched the AE5 Sound Blaster, for a Mayflower Electronics ARC DAC and a Sennheiser GSP 600, its an excellent audio combo.

Re: Primo III The Mega Revision! 2018/12/25 14:40:33 (permalink)
Farbwerk is in, upgraded the 30mm fan on the VRM heatsink and got a CableMod Vertical GPU mount!  The 30mm fan has about 50% slower RPM and I sleeved it.  Going to upgrade the pumps to 2x VPP755 V3's since the Dual D5 unit is not hitting the flow rate I was hoping to achieve.  Using the ICEMAN EVO, I needed to use EK D5 O-Rings since the ones with the top and the Alphacool ones would not work.  Going to use a EK RGB X3 150 res with the EVO.  Riser cable I am using is the UPLINK brand with with the right angle connector, 20cm.

Switched to Alphacool Dual D5 top.  Changed to Watercool.de Dual DDC top.

The collars are not fully seated due to the lip on the outer shell of the VPP 755 V3's, I used nylon washers on the aluminum collars and on the inside.  I pressure tested it with the Dr. Drop and its 100% sealed.

Thank you!  Here is some more!  Upgraded the PSU to a 1000T2 from a 1200P2, system sips power compared to before so I went with a higher efficiency lower watt unit.  Also decided on using the Alphacool Dual D5 top, which is one of the nicest Alphacool parts I have seen yet, they really did an amazing job making this top. Mounted the pumps to the CZ plate, sleeved the RGB cables and replaced all the screws on the unit with stainless steel ones.  Got the EK X3 RGB res and sleeved the cable on that too!  I will be able to plug the RGB strips from the pump top and X3 res into my Farbwerk.

A small update, Aquero 5LT and Farbwerk are mounted, and all set up.  Mounted them on top of the 480 radiator on a special CZ mount.  Got the glow VISION unit, and its pretty cool, all sleeved up.  More updates to come soon.  Ended up ditching the vertical GPU mount and installing an HDX2 and HDX5.  Got the EK X3 RGB res attached to the dual 755 top, used a EK CSQ ring so I could thread on the male to male fitting on correctly.

Re: Primo III The Mega Revision! 2019/03/16 17:03:16 (permalink)
Sorry for the very long delay, but the system is done for now, many changes have occurred.  I switched the Barrow QDC's (TZKMF-V2). Changed the CPU block from the Aquacomputer Cuplex Kryos NEXT to the Bykski (FR-CU-RA-V2BK) and changed the Watercool HK IV FTW GPU block to a Bykski (N-EV1080-X), paired with an Alphacool GPX FTW backplate.  Reason for the block changes was to boost flow rate since the IV FTW and NEXT where rather restrictive.  Flow rate of the system is around 180L/h with both DDC pumps at 100%, but I knocked them back to 48% power to achieve 155L/h.  I changed the Dual DDC top to the Watercool.de (Dual DDC-Case LT Acryl).  Pumps have 2x 60x25mm Sunon mag lev fans (KD1206PTV2) cooling the heatsinks, they move some serious air.  Pumps are mounted to the Primo HDD tray via a custom pump mount made by Coldzero.eu.  More to come but here are some pictures!  CPU was delided and is on an ICEman direct die frame (7820 7900 7920), my 7800X is a bit strange since it uses the larger square die from the higher core count X299 CPU's, instead of the smaller rectangular die which it should have.  Radiators were changed to Alphacool UT60's for their superior flow performance over the GTX's.  Running a UT60 360 and UT60 240, both in push pull.  The bottom UT60 240 has a custom Aquaero 5LT and Farbwerk mount for a 120mm fan made by Coldzero.eu.  Moving from the CPC QDC to the Barrow has made doing tubing runs much better, no excess tubing now and it I think it looks much nicer now.  The one caveat with the Barrow QDC is they release a bit of coolant on decoupling, so have a paper towel ready!  I tried the dual VPP 755 setup but it just did not work out, and I just went back to DDC do to its superior flow performance.  Other small upgrades are some thermal pads and new NT H2 paste on the chipset heatsinks and some 3mm thick thermal pads for the back of the NVMe's.  All Aqaucomputer parts show up in Aquasuite which is great.

Upgrades coming down the road are a Swiftpoint Z mouse and a Z Cube to help with the cable for the GSP600. On the watercooling side it would be when Bykski releases the B-VGA-SC-V2-BK in Acetal, since it only comes in anodized aluminum now which is a metal I do not want to have in my loop.  Adding the Bykski GPU block RGB strip to the Farbwerk, just waiting on an adapter cable.

Thank you very much, for sure!

Got the Bykski hooked up to the Farbwerk now.  Along with the Ducky Pocket, Swiftpoint Z and another VISION with touch.  Also swapped the PSU stock cable out for an audio power cable, I just like the look of it and adds a nice detail to the system, have it on a 90 degree adapter.
