Hi everyone, I just bought a EVGA RTX 2070 SUPER FTW3 ULTRA+. For some reason the LED option in the EVGA Precision X1 is not showing up. Only 2 options i have on top are VGA1 and HWM. Can someone please tell me if I'm doing something wrong or if i need to download some other software. The LED does work by the way, but only lights up blue. Thanks in advance.

Do you see "LED" in either the Side [LED Sync] or Top[LED] border of X1 ? My PC with dual EVGA 2080 Ti has No issues with X1 v1.02 .... saving & opening where I left it I had to"jump through a couple of Hoops" when Upgrading the version of X1 on my Win 10 machine When installing ...are you getting several security alerts - generated in Windows 10 ... "blocked program" ... you need to: check "Windows Security" "Allow an App through Controlled folder access" ---> if you noticed a Security pop-up during the Software's install Also check the: "Recently blocked apps" Handy step by step how to: Add or Remove Allowed Apps for Controlled Folder Access I go offline to install, then shut down All background software - yep, even security software

It appears that Version 1.0.3 did away with the LED setting on cards that are not detected as fully supported or don't have an NVLink SLI Bridge. I assume that cards that don't have Full RGB Lighting (Logo and Trim) are not detected as supported. Install Version 1.0.2 at the bottom of the page and you'll get the LED setting. Uninstall Version 1.0.3 through Programs and Features..Then delete the EVGA_Co.,_Ltd folder located in the Users\Username\AppData\Local folder (Those folders are hidden so you need to change the Windows folder view setting to "Show hidden files, folders, and drives")..Then install Version 1.0.2 and set everything up.

Thanks for that information bob16314 I'm not sure what you meant by "cards that don't have Full RGB Lighting" ? the OP has a EVGA GeForce RTX 2070 SUPER FTW3 ULTRA+, 08G-P4-3377-KR

I may be wrong, but LED lighting under the trim on the shroud as well as Logo lighting, and his card has only Logo lighting from what I can tell.

He ain't the only one, mine's missing too. I just got my 2080ti XC2 today and I know it was there when I had my 2 1080ti's. EDIT: Never mind after rebooting it a few times it came back. Not sure what happened there.

Sounds like you'll need to contact evga support, and ask them to assist you with updating the mcu firmware on your card. https://www.evga.com/about/contactus/
